Adrian Towell, (MCIPD) Director,
Adrian created Trafalgar over 20 years ago and is the principal person behind the business today.
During that period he has worked in partnership with organisations and people to support behavioural change in both the UK and Europe. Adrian has developed a wealth of knowledge and practical experience which he shares to the benefit of others. His facilitative style is practical, focusing on what happens in the real world, challenging (in a positive way) and focused on how to apply in the working environment.
Areas of expertise include self-development, leading & managing others and driving the business forward. As well as delivering highly interactive programmes Adrian coaches individuals on a one-to-one basis. He is a qualified practitioner of Emotional Intelligence Profiling through which he links into both group based workshops and One- to-One Coaching.
Outside of the people development arena he takes great pleasure in his garden, walking and the occasional round of golf.
Patricia Wheatley Burt, (FCIPD) Director,
Patricia founded her own organisation in 1991 following a change management and human resources career in manufacturing and electronics.
With a degree in Personnel & Development, Patricia now focusses much of her time working with clients as a Consultant, and Executive Coach and Innovator on people and performance projects. Focussing initially on the legal sector, Patricia has also worked with a range of diverse organisations.
Patricia has written several books and has had numerous articles published and is also a key note speaker.
In her spare time she raises funds for The Haven (breast cancer). Her hobbies include oil painting where she has successfully sold some of her work.
Following a career in commercial management, Stephen has been working with Trafalgar for over 15 years.
During that time he has worked with a wide range of organisations across the different business sectors ensuring that the learning from the development programmes is transferred to the work place and the appropriate behavioural change is consolidated.
Specific specialist areas include team building, leadership, development centres, conflict management and negotiation skills. Stephen also has a high involvement in one to one business coaching.
On the personal side Stephen enjoys photography and watching rugby.
Anthony’s relaxed but professional delivery style ensures delegates not only learn but have fun doing so. Rather than death by PowerPoint, you can expect to be kept active during one of his workshops, focusing on a practical approach that can have immediate impact back in the real world.
With a background in recruitment and a law degree under his belt he is naturally inquisitive and loves getting to know different businesses and what makes them tick. You can therefore be sure that what is delivered will be entirely bespoke and designed with your company culture and training requirements in mind. His focus is on designing individual solutions, be it on a group or one to one basis that meet the needs of both the organisation and individual.
Away from work, you will find Anthony passionately cheering on his beloved football team, hacking his way around a golf course, (fortunately his training is better than his golf swing!) and spending time with his wife and two young children.
