Adrian Towell, (MCIPD) Director, specialises in Learning and Development, is a nationally and internationally recognised facilitator and trainer in Leadership, Management, Interpersonal Skills, Coaching and Mentoring. Adrian has a long track record across the range of public and private sectors, in both UK and Europe.
Patricia Wheatley Burt, (FCIPD) Director, founded The People Business in 1991 following a change management / human resource career in manufacturing and electronics. With a degree in Personnel and Development, much of her time is now focused on working with clients (as Consultant, Executive Coach and Innovator) on people and performance projects, nationally and internationally, specialising in the legal and commercial sectors.
Patricia is also a writer of books and articles, (her grandfather was Dennis Wheatley) is a Keynote Speaker, Thought Leader and Conference Chair. In her spare time she raises funds for The Haven (Breast Cancer), was Chairman of the Gloucestershire Gold Lottery Company, an NED for an independent property company and enjoys oil and water colour painting – and her 6 Grandchildren.
We are ably supported by our Administration teams based both in London and Gloucester.
