Recognize and Reward the Right Behaviours:
Confirm behaviours: you’ll get what you reward, so always recognize and reward those behaviours that you believe are important for your organisation such as teamwork, being innovative. Make sure this is open, clear and public whenever you can but also that it is delivered in a style that suits each individual, e.g.:
