Innovation comes in fear-free cultures! How good are you?
Help creating an innovative environment by encouraging individuals to operate in a manner that enables them to be the most creative they can be. This might be using mind maps, having a quiet room, playing music, or taking a walk around to unblock the brain. Trust people and then you will get the creative part of them coming forward, e.g.:
